Reinforcement starts in the classroom and continues from that point on.
Participants in our programs use their own examples to practice skills—that’s the first step; realizing the possibilities. We continue by providing tools in the program to help remind, reinforce and inspire the participants to keep growing. Some of these tools include:

The Function

The role of the manager and the team in bringing new behavior back to the workplace can’t be over-emphasized. Reinforcement at this level includes:

 Instructor-led follow-up classes to assess, coach and reinforce -- such as the Executive Presentation Skills Reinforcement Program and the Sales Presentation Skills Reinforcement Program

Assessment tools and checklists to offer “in the moment” coaching and reinforce the change

Trainer certification to bring skills in-house
