Instructor Certification Registration Form

Please read this page carefully.

To remain a Communispond-Certified instructor, you must obey all rules in the most current version of the Instructor Certification Agreement — including keeping Communispond’s Instructor Database updated with your current contact information.

Quality is important to Communispond. So when you stop obeying all rules in the current version of the Instructor Certification Agreement, your Certification will end. You might then have to re-certify if you want to continue delivering Communispond training.

I will train only who I’m authorized to train.

• Communispond has given me a list of the programs I am certified to deliver. Over time, Communispond might add or remove programs from that list. I am responsible for knowing the current list.
• I am certified to deliver training in only one designated language. If I want to deliver training in other languages, I will contact my Communispond sales representative for additional requirements.
• I am not allowed to sell training as an independent trainer.
• I may deliver training only for an organization that has purchased participant licenses from Communispond.
• As a Certified trainer, I am not allowed to own instructor materials. All Communispond materials (for example, instructor guides, videos, charts, participant kits) belong to the organization that purchased them. If an organization wants me to deliver training, that organization must purchase and own any required Communispond instructor materials.
• My Certification moves with me throughout my career if I always update the Instructor Database with my new full contact information.

I will protect Communispond’s intellectual property.

• I will limit class size to the maximum number of participants shown in the instructor guide.
• I will deliver the entire program, exactly as shown in the instructor guide. I will use instructor materials (including visuals) only as part of the entire program.
• I will ensure that each participant uses his or her own set of participant materials, which must not be reused by subsequent participants.
• I may print or copy only materials labeled, "This page may be reproduced under license."
• I may not put Communispond concepts or models onto posters, mugs, T-shirts, intranet sites, etc., unless I receive a Limited Rights License from Communispond.

I will keep my Certification current.

• If I do not visit www.communispond.com/certification to keep Communispond’s Instructor Database updated with my current contact information, then my Certification will end.
• This Instructor Certification Agreement will change over time. Each time I update my contact information, I will be required to commit to obeying the current Instructor Certification Agreement. If I choose not to accept the current Instructor Certification Agreement, then my certification will end.
• Communispond might in the future announce a date by which I must complete specific steps to keep current my knowledge of Communispond's products, policies and procedures. If I do not meet those requirements, then my certification will end.
• If my Certification ends, then I will have to re-Certify if I want to continue delivering Communispond training.
