Our Faculty

Communispond’s Faculty is dedicated to helping your organization develop the communication skills they need survive and thrive in today’s business environment. Our faculty comes from the real business world- they’ve sold, managed, presented and written in the same environment as you and your people.

We do everything possible to ensure that each Communispond experience is consistently delivered. Our faculty models all our communication skills no matter the subject matter or the class location- anywhere in the world. You know that if it’s Communispond, the coaching, feedback and skill development will be of the highest quality and consistency.

Our rigorous certification process is one of the toughest in the industry. Regardless of previous experience, each instructor candidate must:

  • Pass a thorough resume/bio review
  • Audition live or via videotape
  • Participate in an Executive Presentation Skills program
  • Undergo another video-tape review
  • Take part in a one-week Trainer Certification event focusing on the Communispond coaching methodology as well as course content
  • Co-teach with experienced Communispond instructors until ready
  • Undergo peer and company evaluation and review throughout the year

All this leads to consistent delivery of content, coaching and skill development that has made Communispond the most trusted name in communication skills development for over 35 years.
